Which areas do you cover?
Montréal, Laval and Longueuil plus the surrounding municipalities of Greater Montréal. The quote tool validates both addresses on the map, so you know before you book whether a street is inside the zone.
Is it really same-day?
Yes. Every service level is same-day within Greater Montréal; the level you pick only changes how fast a driver is on the road after we confirm — from a straight run in about an hour to an end-of-day drop.
How is the price calculated?
On the driving distance between the two addresses and the billable weight of your parcels — the greater of the real weight and the volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ 5000). GST and QST are added at the last step, and the total you see is the total you pay.
Do I need an account to book?
No. You can get a quote and book as a guest with just an email and phone number. Creating an account keeps your addresses, invoices and shipment history in one place for next time.
How do I track my parcel?
Every booking gets a tracking number by email the moment a driver is assigned. Enter it on the tracking page to see pickup, in-transit and delivery events as they happen.
How do I pay?
Card on booking, or on account with monthly invoicing for business customers. Your invoices and saved payment methods live in your account under Billing.
What if a parcel is damaged or late?
Every delivery is signed for and photographed on hand-over, and our liability is set out in the Conditions of carriage. Write to us with your tracking number and we open a claim the same business day.
Can you handle large or heavy items?
Yes — multi-box orders and bulky items up to 68 kg and 150 cm per piece are part of the daily run. Add each package with its own dimensions in the quote tool, or contact us about anything larger.
